Simplify estimates, quotes, and proposals for all types of
Life Safety Providers.
Length of Contract -
This can be fluctuated between 1-5 years or as a time of service
when there is no contract with the customer for re-occurring
service.
Service Due -
Drop down selection includes the month when the service is due for
the calendar year.
Service Frequency –
This drop down allows you to pick when the customer would like their
extinguishers serviced. (Annual, Monthly etc.)
Systems –
This allows for the end user to select the number of systems per
gallons. If it is a smaller system and you would like to
include a minimum charge you may do so by clicking “include minimum
charge”.
Dry System-
yes or no to indicate dry system. If answer is yes than you
would select no under currently compliant with NFPA
Wet System –
yes or no. This is just for reference on what type of system
the customer has.
Currently Compliant with NFPA –
Yes answer would indicate that when quoted, the system was entrusted
to be serviceable to NFPA standards as the end user was aware.
If No Explain –
Here is where if you know of a deficiency with the system that you
would not system deficiency.
Salesperson for Deficiency-
Here is where you would put the sales person that you had delegated
the deficiency quote to bring the system to NFPA standards.
Special
Pricing – This offers flexibility to the
user in order to enter in items that are not on the master file.
Additional Items –
This allows for the addition of items currently not included on the
hood Service Estimator that you would like to add to the proposal.
Quantities –
Fill in Hood counts and type here from building reports, previous
invoices or field notes.
